ERP Rollout
When Aston Martin partnered with Microsoft Dynamics ERP to modernise their processes as part of wider a transformation ahead of an IPO, 4Cubed.Co Consultant Rav was brought in to lead one of the Sure-Step project implementations.

Throughout the process, Rav fostered relationships with MS Gold ERP partners and aligned with onshore and offshore QA teams to develop test plans and lead the UAT of sales order processes. He prepared project plans, drove integration design enhancements to tailor solutions, rolled out training and conducted business process re-engineering BPR workshops with stakeholders and SMEs to document project requirements.
The approach resulted in the implementation of a successful and efficient solution, that offered a better position for IPO.
