Balance Scorecard Tender
JLR enlisted the expertise of 4Cubed.Co Consultant Rav when they required project support to enhance their Global Dealer Network Capability, as part of their long-term growth strategy and following several previous stop-start attempts.
By applying expertise in Lean Business Improvement and Project and Programme Management, he spearheaded the tender process and assisted JLR in deciding which balanced scorecard solution would add the most value to their business. He constructed actionable and effective project plans, tracked action items to deliver info (RFI), quotes (RFQ) and proposals (RFP), liaised with cross-functional teams and third parties on supplier pitches and proof of concept and played a key part in commercial negotiations.
Within five months, and following the assessment of six potential suppliers, Rav brought the project to its conclusion by shortlisting the most effective solution, which comprised of a vendor scoring matrix, a costing model and an implementation roadmap.

Engine Manufacturing Centre Solutions Rollout
Following the success of this project, Jaguar further engaged Rav to implement five commercial, off-the-shelf COTS solutions at their £500m flagship engine manufacturing centre, where several behind-schedule projects had jeopardised their Q1 2015 go-live.
Applying his expertise in Project and Programme Management, he implemented solutions worth over half a million pounds. Getting Jaguar’s projects moving in the right direction required a structured and disciplined approach to project reconfiguration and resource realignment. He prepared a statement of work, allocated resources to define milestones, created a comprehensive and thoroughly researched project charter and plan, and conducted RAID analysis.
Throughout the project, Rav performed frequent reviews with stakeholders, third parties and senior management, tracked the project schedule and costs and ultimately succeeded in implementing five solutions that resulted in the plant’s on-time go-live.
