In our capacity as Change Management specialists, 4Cubed Consultant Rav engaged with TP to deploy one of the largest, multi-million-pound FTSE250 ERP transformation programmes (Infor M3).
Reporting to the Change Director, Rav oversaw 33 sub-projects across eight workstreams (change, organisation design, data readiness, ways of working, training, cutover, continuity) and was instrumental in shaping the early life support and target operating model TOM in this context. He provided progress checkpoints to programme leadership and C-level stakeholders, defined terms of reference and chaired steering committees to ensure the programme’s timely delivery. While leading this process, he governed and managed project plans, dependencies and stage gates, generated status reports and contributed to programme assurance audits with Deloitte PWC.
This structured approach ensured all internal targets set by TP were met and the divisional business was prepared for the go-live and beyond phases.
